Post-Construction

Post-Construction Cleaning

Drywall dust, fine debris, and final-finish detail work — handled so your newly renovated space actually feels new.

Post-construction cleaning is a different category of work. Drywall dust hides in places normal cleaning never reaches, and improperly handled construction residue can damage finishes you just paid for. Mor Clean has the equipment, products, and training to handle it correctly.

We selectively take on remodel, kitchen, bath, and full-home projects within our Volusia County service area. Every project begins with a walkthrough so we can confirm the space is ready for professional final-detail cleaning.

Walkthrough required: We serve select properties within our Volusia County service area. Final pricing is based on square footage, condition, and confirmed scope; our minimum professional cleaning visit is $150.

What's Included

  • HEPA vacuuming throughout the space
  • Wet wipe-down of all surfaces, switch plates, and trim
  • Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
  • Window cleaning (interior) including frames and tracks
  • Light fixtures, ceiling fans, vent covers
  • Floors detailed appropriate to material (tile, LVP, hardwood)

Built for Volusia County

Why Local Experience Matters

Coastal humidity makes drywall dust cling harder, especially in bathrooms and kitchens with new tile work. We use coastal-appropriate products that won't damage newly installed quartz, marble, or sealed tile.

Our Process

How It Works

1

Walkthrough with contractor or owner

We identify finish materials, sensitive surfaces, and any active work zones.

2

Rough clean (if needed)

Bulk debris and heavy dust handled first if the project is still in finishing stages.

3

Detail clean

HEPA vacuum top-down, full surface wipe-down, inside-cabinet detail, glass and fixtures.

4

Final walkthrough

Owner or GC signs off; 24-Hour Clean Check applies.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should the cleaning be scheduled?+

Ideally after all trades have left and before the homeowner returns. For longer projects, a rough clean mid-project and a final detail clean works best.

Will you damage new finishes?+

No. We choose products specifically for new quartz, marble, sealed tile, and other finishes. We confirm finish types during the walkthrough.

Do you do exterior post-construction cleaning?+

Interior only. We refer exterior power-washing and window work to trusted partners.

Can you handle paint splatter or adhesive residue?+

Light splatter and adhesive on standard finishes, yes. Heavy structural cleanup is outside our scope and quoted accordingly.

Do you offer documentation for the contractor?+

Yes — photo documentation and a written walkthrough sign-off are available on request.
