Terms of Service

Welcome to Mor Clean! We are delighted to provide professional, high-quality cleaning services for your home or rental property. This Agreement outlines the terms of our relationship and ensures a clear understanding of our professional standards and policies. By scheduling a service with Mor Clean, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
Mor Clean provides professional residential and rental cleaning services including Maintenance Cleans, Deep Cleans, Move-Out/Move-In Cleans, Post-Construction Cleans, and Airbnb Turnover services.
2. Clean Check Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. Late payments may incur a fee.
5. Access to the Property
Clients must provide reliable access to the property (key, keypad code, or being present). If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a "Lockout Fee" equal to the minimum service charge will apply.
6. Laundry Services & Equipment
For Airbnb turnover services, laundry is performed on-site using the host's equipment. If on-site laundry equipment (washer/dryer) is non-functional, faulty, or insufficient to meet the turnover timeline, Mor Clean reserves the right to take laundry off-site. Off-site laundry will be billed as a "Maintenance-Related Off-site Laundry Surcharge" at a flat rate of $30.00 per load.
7. Safety & Liability
Mor Clean is fully licensed and insured. Our staff are background-checked and trained in safety protocols. We use high-quality cleaning products and offer eco-friendly options upon request. Mor Clean is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty installations, or wear and tear.
8. Photography & Quality Control
For quality assurance and marketing purposes, Mor Clean staff may take before-and-after photos of the service area. These photos are used internally for quality control and may be used for marketing unless the client explicitly opts out in writing. We ensure that no sensitive personal information or residents' identities are visible in marketing materials.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Volusia County, FL.
10. Service Exclusions
Mor Clean specializes in surface cleaning and sanitization. Our services do not include professional carpet cleaning (steam cleaning or shampooing), mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or lifting heavy furniture.
11. Short-Notice & Contractor Interference
- Bookings made with less than 48 hours' notice are considered "Best Effort" cleans; Mor Clean does not guarantee 100% completion by a specific move-in time and the 48-hour satisfaction guarantee is void.
- If other contractors, vendors, or movers are present during or after the clean but before the client's inspection, Mor Clean is not responsible for any dust, debris, or foot traffic resulting from their presence. The satisfaction guarantee is void in these instances.
By booking with Mor Clean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
