We coordinate easily with property managers, real estate agents, and landlords. Receipts and photo documentation are provided on request.

Starting at $250
Most Daytona-area move-outs range from $250 to $500. We confirm pricing in writing after a brief walkthrough or photo review.

Can I book a move-out clean on short notice?+
We do our best to accommodate, but our recommended booking window is 7+ days. Short-notice bookings are subject to availability and our Best-Effort policy.
Do you clean carpets?+
We vacuum thoroughly. Steam or shampoo carpet cleaning is referred to a specialist partner โ ask us and we'll connect you.
Will you remove trash and debris left behind?+
Standard trash bagging is included. Large debris, contractor materials, and excessive junk are quoted separately or referred to a junk removal service.
Can you coordinate directly with my landlord or realtor?+
Yes. Send us their contact info at booking and we'll handle scheduling, access, and photo documentation.
What if the home isn't empty yet?+
Move-out pricing assumes an empty or near-empty home. If furniture is still in place, we'll quote it as a deep clean instead.
