How Mor Clean Works
Your Home, Your Level of Clean
Thousands of homes across Volusia County have taught us that cleaning is never one-size-fits-all. Scoping the right level for your home is how we get results that actually last — and why so many of our clients stay with us for years.
How Mor Clean Works
Our Four Levels of Clean
Homes come to us in every condition. We match the level to what your home actually needs today, then keep it there with a rhythm that fits your life.
Level 1
Routine Maintenance Clean
Keep it easy by never letting it slip.
- Time
- Our quickest visit — the home starts out in good shape
- Technique
- Dry dusting room to room, fingerprints and smudges spot-cleaned as we go, holding the home steady rather than digging out old build-up.
- Best for
- •Homes already where you want them
- •Weekly, every other week, or monthly
- •Staying ahead of grime
- •Consistency over catch-up
Level 2
Whole-Home Refresh
Real detail work, without the full overhaul.
- Time
- About double an upkeep clean
- Technique
- Dusted dry where surfaces are already in good shape, wiped wet wherever there's visible grime, with baseboards, doors, and vanities spot-treated instead of fully detailed.
- Best for
- •A little build-up, nothing extreme
- •The visit after a Full Restore
- •Wanting more than routine upkeep
- •Not quite needing the deepest clean
Level 3
Full Restore Clean
Bring the whole home back to baseline.
- Time
- Our longest visit — roughly triple an upkeep clean
- Technique
- Every reachable surface washed by hand, build-up scrubbed away, trim and fixtures detailed, and light furniture shifted so we can clean behind and beneath it.
- Best for
- •Brand-new clients
- •Moving in or heading out
- •A big spring or fall overhaul
- •Homes that have gone a while between cleans
For Hosts
Short-Term Rental Turnover
Guest-ready before the next check-in.
- Time
- Tight, checklist-driven window between stays
- Technique
- Every room staged back to how the listing photos look, linens swapped, guest essentials restocked, and anything damaged documented with photos for you.
- Best for
- •Airbnb and VRBO hosts
- •Same-day changeovers
- •Keeping those five-star reviews
- •Owners managing from out of town
An Honest Scope Before We Start
The Clean Must Match the Home
If your home's condition needs more than the level booked, we stop and talk with you before work begins. You choose how to proceed — no surprise upcharges halfway through the clean.
| Same Kitchen | Routine Maintenance | Whole-Home Refresh | Full Restore |
|---|---|---|---|
| Counters & sink | Cleaned and polished | Cleaned and polished | Detailed, including buildup and edges |
| Appliance exteriors | Wiped clean | Wet-wiped where needed | Detailed around handles, seams, and sides within reach |
| Cabinet fronts | Visible fingerprints spot-cleaned | Visible grime wet-wiped | Hand-washed across reachable fronts |
| Trim & baseboards | Spot-cleaned as needed | Visible marks addressed | Hand-wiped throughout |
| Best fit | Kitchen is already in good shape | Some buildup needs attention | Kitchen needs a full return to baseline |
Your Roadmap
Where Should You Start?
Most of our happiest long-term clients follow the same simple path.
- 1
Begin with a Full Restore
New client, mid-move, or simply overdue for professional help — we get the home all the way back to baseline first. Everything after this builds on that foundation.
- 2
Bridge with a Whole-Home Refresh (optional)
Not ready for a standing schedule? A Refresh holds the line between deeper visits so you're not paying for a Full Restore every time.
- 3
Hold it with Routine Maintenance
Weekly, every other week, or monthly — this is where clean stops being a project. Recurring clients get first pick of dates, the same familiar crew, and our best rates.
