Hiring someone to clean your home is personal. These are the questions we get asked most often — answered plainly, with no sales pitch.
1. Do I need to clean before you come?
No. Please don't. Picking up toys, laundry, and countertop clutter helps us spend our time cleaning instead of organizing, but you never need to clean before a cleaning.
2. How is pricing determined?
Square footage and the actual condition of the home — not a flat per-room guess. Our minimum is $150, and we quote from what we can see rather than surprising you later.
3. Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything: products, microfiber, and equipment. If you prefer we use a specific product in your home, tell us and we will.
4. Are your products safe for kids and pets?
We choose products appropriate for occupied homes and coastal Florida surfaces. If someone in your home has sensitivities or allergies, let us know before the visit and we'll adjust.
5. Do I have to be home?
Entirely your call. Many clients give us a code or lockbox and come home to a finished house. Others prefer to be there, especially the first time.
6. What about my pets?
Pets are welcome to stay. Just tell us their names, temperament, and anything we should avoid — like a door that must stay closed.
7. Will I have the same team every visit?
That's the goal with recurring service. Consistency means the team already knows your home, your preferences, and your problem spots.
8. How long does a cleaning take?
A recurring maintenance visit is usually a few hours. A first-time reset or deep clean takes considerably longer because it's catching up on everything a maintenance visit doesn't cover.
9. What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and address the specific areas. It's a targeted correction, not a full re-clean — but we don't leave a problem unfixed.
10. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed, insured, women-owned local business with a physical office at 933 S. Beville Rd, Daytona Beach — not a national call center dispatching strangers.
11. Should I tip?
Never required and never expected. It's always appreciated, and 100% of it goes to the team who cleaned your home.
12. What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no fee at all. Shorter notice has a partial fee, which protects the pay of the team who had your slot held.
Still have a question we didn't answer? Ask us directly when you request a quote — we'd rather over-explain than have you guess.
