Every cleaning comes backed by our Clean Check Guarantee. If something in your home was missed or didn't meet our standard, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we'll return to address that specific issue at no extra cost. It's a targeted touch-up of the flagged area — not a full re-clean — so we can fix what's wrong quickly and keep your schedule on track.

A few honest exceptions
We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you later. The Clean Check Guarantee doesn't apply when:
- The booking was made with less than 48 hours' notice (a "best effort" clean).
- Other contractors, vendors, or movers were in the home during or after our visit but before your inspection.
- Water or electricity wasn't available, or scope was reduced at your request.
- You asked us to use products or equipment you supplied.
- The concern is new soil, use, or wear that happened after we left.
