Every cleaning comes backed by our 24-Hour Clean Check Guarantee. If something was missed or doesn't meet our standard, notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll return to address that specific area at no additional cost. The Clean Check Guarantee is a focused correction of the area reported, not a full re-clean.

A few honest exceptions
We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you later. The Clean Check Guarantee doesn't apply when:
- The booking was made with less than 48 hours' notice (a "best effort" clean).
- Other contractors, vendors, or movers were in the home during or after our visit but before your inspection.
- Water or electricity wasn't available, or scope was reduced at your request.
- You asked us to use products or equipment you supplied.
- The concern is new soil, use, or wear that happened after we left.
